Foundations of Social Process Dialogue
Vaughan Park, Auckland New Zealand

Sunday 28th March - Thursday 1st April 2021

The Foundations of Social Process dialogue retreat is a five day intensive, immersive learning environment designed to provide you with a thorough grounding in the principles and practices of social process and working in complex social fields.

The retreat is a robust peer learning environment. This is the best way we have found to meet people where they are in their social process journey and to provide everyone with opportunities to explore their learning edges.

Hosted at the beautiful Vaughan Park Retreat Centre (60mins from Auckland Airport) the venue provides a space to slow down and integrate your learning as it happens.

The programme is an introduction into the fundamentals of both facilitated and emergent social process. You will learn by working in large group, small group, triad/daiad, and solo constellations.

Participants will also receive an advance copy of Gather Together in the lead up to the event, and the group will be spending some time working with the key ideas in this text.

Participants will:
• Learn from experienced practitioners
• Experience the principles and practices of social process in action
• Discover how social process can help them and their teams navigate complex issues more effectively
